What we look at
- Whether the person is present at, or known to live at, the given address
- Type of house and signs of occupancy, as observed
- Locality, nearby landmarks and how easy the address is to find
- Feedback from neighbours or locals, where available
Office verification
Checks that an office exists at the stated address and is actually in use.
What we look at
- Office at the given address, with signage or name boards where present
- Staff presence and day-to-day activity during the visit
- Setup of the premises: seating, equipment, records
- Whether the person we are asked about is known at that office
Business verification
Assesses whether a business exists, operates and looks the way it has been described.
What we look at
- Existence of the business at the stated premises
- Nature of activity and how the premises are used
- Stock, equipment and visible scale of operations
- Local enquiry about how long and how actively it operates
Employment verification
Field checks on whether a person works where they say they do.
What we look at
- Employer's presence at the given address
- Confirmation of employment through the contacts specified in your instructions
- Designation and joining details, as told by the employer
- A structured record of who confirmed what
Document verification
Compares the details in a person's documents with what we find on the ground.
What we look at
- Names, addresses and other details in the documents against field findings
- Mismatches and points that need a closer look
- A clear list of what matched and what did not
