Privacy policy

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type: name, mobile number, email address (optional), the service you need and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to handle your case. We do not sell them.

Your enquiry reaches us by email or through a form service we use to deliver it to our inbox. If neither works, your own email app opens with the message ready to send.

Staff verification

When you check a staff ID, the ID number you enter is sent to our database to find a match. The page then shows only limited details about the staff member: name, role, location, joining date, photo and status. It never shows contact numbers, addresses or documents.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your browser's request for those fonts.

Case information

Information shared with us for a verification case is used only for that case and shared only with the client who assigned it, and as required by law.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email ar.investigation.service@gmail.com.
